Her leadership philosophy is grounded in trust, empowerment, and giving people the space to do what they do best. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Connecticut. Her work brings together people operations, organizational development, change management, and leadership effectiveness to help organizations navigate change, strengthen their people practices, and build workplaces where both people and the business can thrive.
Jennifer was born and raised in the quaint yet beautiful state of Maine and while her true roots are in New England, she currently resides in sunny, Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and daughter. Jennifer's spare time is often spent cooking delicious but healthy food and doing high-intensity workouts.
